Exchange and Refund Policy
If a refund is requested or required, an Attendee should contact Ticket Bazaar within 72 hours of the event end date. Your request will be passed on to the organiser. If the Organiser fails to respond or honour a refund that an Attendee believes is due under the applicable refund policy, Ticket Bazaar will make a decision based on the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy. Ticket Bazaar will complete its review within twenty one (21) days of being contacted by the Attendee. All determinations of Ticket in relation to the Attendee Refund Policy Requirements, including without limitation the orders to be refunded and the size of any refund, shall be final and binding on both Organiser and Attendee.
Liabilities and Responsibilities
Ticket Bazaar total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. Ticket Bazaar will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
