This Pricing and Fees Policy is designed to help you understand how our pricing and fees work when purchasing tickets through our platform. Exchange and Refund Policy

If a refund is requested or required, an Attendee should contact Ticket Bazaar within 72 hours of the event end date. Your request will be passed on to the organiser.
If the Organiser fails to respond or honour a refund that an Attendee believes is due under the applicable refund policy, Ticket Bazaar will make a decision based on the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Ticket Bazaar will complete its review within twenty one (21) days of being contacted by the Attendee.

All determinations of Ticket in relation to the Attendee Refund Policy Requirements, including without limitation the orders to be refunded and the size of any refund, shall be final and binding on both Organiser and Attendee.

Please note that the total ticket price displayed during the checkout process will include all of the above components. You will have the opportunity to review the total cost before finalizing your purchase.
