What do i do if my transaction is processed but I haven't received my E-ticket?

If your order has gone through and you haven't received any confirmation or e-ticket via email, firstly check your spam mail as sometimes the emails get sent there if it isn't there contact us straight away so we can have them resent to you. This is most likely to happen if you have provided us with the wrong email address.
